Business Development Analyst Intern will be working closely with the Go-to-Market (GTM) team and various internal supporting/functional groups to support GTM activities. 

Responsibilities: 

• Opportunity Research and Analysis 
  • Key Client Accounts market research and analysis 
  • Public tender info monitoring and analysis 

• Business Development initiatives support 
  • Assistance in preparing proposals, presentations and writing BD-related materials, contributing to the quality of written content including proofreading, formatting and editing documents 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, Marketing and Presales to ensure smooth execution of opportunities pursuit 
  • Bid project management in handling GTM documentations (Trackers, Org Charts, etc)

• GTM Knowledge Management and Administration 
  • Support GTM team in BD documentation and administrative processes, including organising meetings and conference calls with external stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and within the GTM team 
  • Structure and maintain centralised documentation of product offerings of the company 
  • Contribute to tracking of deal pipeline with meeting minutes and follow-up action items 
  • Minor translation for CN and EN materials 
  • Organise team-building activities 

• Any ad-hoc tasks from supervisor 

Required Skills: 

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree  
• Proficient in MS office applications 
• Good communication and analytical skills 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
